Holy Week Services

Holy Thursday’s Mass of the Lord’s Supper, Good Friday’s Liturgy of the Passion, and the Easter Vigil are the three parts of the one event – the passion, death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. This is the heart of the Christian faith.  Please make every effort to participate in each part.  This year at the Mass of the Lord’s Supper everyone who attends is invited to have their feet washed.  Please consider experiencing this act and example that the Lord gave to the church. Instructions will be given on the night, but please consider coming prepared. On Good Friday you are invited to approach the Cross to venerate it shoeless or barefoot, as the Pope does every year.

Holy Thursday:  Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 7pm, including washing of feet. All are invited to come ready to participate in this. A Collection will be taken up for the parish SSVP. Altar of Repose in the hall, Night Prayer at 10pm.
